Following the recent update of the Enki app, some connected objects are no longer supported. Here is a summary of these changes.
Evology and Myfox alarms:
- Unsupported models: Evology easy box, Evology Zen, MyFox home control 2.
- Alternative: Use the Evology/Myfox apps to continue to control them.
Eglo Access and Eglo Connect light bulbs
These products are no longer compatible with the Enki app and can no longer be controlled via the app.
- You can continue to control your Eglo Connect products with the dedicated Eglo app.
- Eglo Access products are no longer supported.
DIO brand objects
- DIO products that were previously associated with the Enki app via the Enki box are still supported.
- DIO products associated with Enki via a DIO account are no longer compatible. However, you can continue to use them with the dedicated DIO app.
If objects are missing from your app
If some objects not listed above are missing from your app:
- Make sure you have reconnected all your partner accounts after the update. A reconnection may be necessary to restore access to certain objects.
- Check the "Objects without room" section at the bottom of the Enki app home screen. Some of your objects may have been moved to this "Objects without room" section.
