Error while connecting a partner account

When connecting a partner account with your Enki account, the following errors may occur:

Partner app connection issues

  • Check that the partner app is operational and that you can connect to it without any issues.
  • Make sure that you can control the connected objects via the partner app.
  • Verify that the credentials used for the partner app are correctly entered in Enki. These credentials are different from the ones you use for Enki.

Object compatibility with Enki

  • Check that the partner app contains at least one object that is compatible with Enki. Not all objects are necessarily compatible.
  • Make sure that the objects in the partner app are working correctly before proceeding with the connection.
