Solving the “Live is unavailable” connection problem
If you see the message “Live is unavailable”, it means there is a problem connecting your Enki and Netatmo accounts. To fix this:
- Tap “Reconfigure”. This will start the process of reconnecting your Enki account with your Netatmo account.
- Make sure that your Netatmo credentials are entered correctly and that your internet connection is stable.
