When you link your Linky meter to Enki, your consent is required for the sharing of your consumption data with Enki by Enedis.
Validity of your consent
Your consent is valid for three years from the date you granted it. A reminder will be sent to you before it expires to allow you to renew your authorization and continue to benefit from uninterrupted services. If you do not renew, your consent will expire and we will proceed to delete your consumption data.
Managing your consent
You can check and modify your consent choices directly in the Enki application
- Go to the settings of the Enki application and tap on your home under the "Home" section.
- In the "Energy Coach" section, tap on "Enedis Consents".
Consequences of revoking consent
If you decide to revoke your consent for the sharing of data between Enedis and Enki:
- You will lose access to the consumption tracking service via your Linky meter.
- Your meter will be dissociated from Enki.
- All accumulated data will be deleted from the Enki application.
Load curves and measurement history
Valid consent allows Enki to receive your consumption data on a daily basis:
- Load curves: They reflect your daily consumption since the date of your consent.
- Measurement history: It provides an overview of your consumption before the consent date, giving you a complete view of your energy usage.
Change of address and revocation of access
If you change the postal address associated with your Linky meter in the settings of the Enki application:
For security and compliance reasons, your Linky access will be revoked automatically because they are linked to a specific address at Enedis.
To Remember
Managing your consent is a key element for the security of your data and the personalization of your experience with Enki. It gives you control over the sharing of your information and ensures transparent and secure use of your consumption data.
