To reset your DIO plug, please follow the following steps:
DIO plug with button and remote control:
- Bring the remote control close to the plug and press the reset button on your plug for 3 seconds.
- The LED will flash slowly.
- Long press the OFF button in zone G of your remote control.
- If a lamp is connected to this socket, it will flash twice to indicate a successful reset.
It will then be possible to reconnect your object.
DIO plug without button with remote control
- Long press the OFF button in zone G of your remote control.
- If a lamp is connected to this socket, it will flash twice to indicate a successful reset.
It will then be possible to reconnect your object.
Waterproof DIO plug
- Press and hold the reset button on the object for 6 seconds.
- The LED will then flash continuously.
- Release the button and press it again.
- If a lamp is connected to this socket, it will flash twice to indicate a successful reset.
It will then be possible to reconnect your object.
DIO 3500W plug + 200W dimmer plug
- Using the reset rod, press and hold the reset button located below the LED on the object for 6 seconds.
- The LED will then flash continuously.
- Release the button and press it again.
- If a lamp is connected to this socket, it will flash twice to indicate a successful reset.
It will then be possible to reconnect your object.
DIO 3000W plug
- Press and hold the reset button on the object for at least 7 seconds.
- The LED will then display a purple color.
- Release the button and press it again.
- If a lamp is connected to this socket, it will flash twice to indicate a successful reset.
It will then be possible to reconnect your object.
