Before starting the pairing of your Enki Connect or Essentiel b Connect gateway, we suggest you check the following recommendations and tips:
-
Your Wi-Fi network must operate on the 2.4 GHz band. For optimal operation, it is recommended that the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz frequency bands be separated under different SSIDs (network names). Please contact your internet service provider if you need assistance separating your network.
-
It is recommended to leave only your main Wi-Fi access point operating and to disable all Wi-Fi repeaters to pair the gateway.
- Your Wi-Fi password must not include special characters. It must consist only of lowercase letters, uppercase letters, and numbers.
-
Please ensure that the Enki Connect gateway and the internet gateway are located as close to each other as possible. (If necessary, temporarily move the Enki Connect gateway closer to the internet gateway to proceed with pairing.)
-
Disconnect any devices that may emit a Wi-Fi network or to which the product could connect, such as Wi-Fi repeaters.
-
If you have multiple gateways to add, it is essential to only leave one device powered on at a time. The others must be disconnected from their power supply.
Before starting the pairing process, electrically connect your gateway and please confirm that your device is in factory mode. | |
