Factory mode.

The device is disconnected from the Wi-Fi network and operates locally only.

Silent mode activated.

Disables the monitor ringtone; the monitor will light up as usual.

New media recorded but not viewed.

The device has internal storage capable of holding up to 50 photos or 20 videos of 30 seconds each.

Connected, not synchronized with the platform

How to reset my device?

Perform a reset of my connected device
# Press the "Menu" button on the video door phone, then use the navigation buttons to access the configuration menu. Once in the configuration menu, go to the "Wi-Fi Settings" menu.

Click the "Menu" button, use the navigation buttons to enter the "Configuration" menu. Click the confirm button to enter the "Wi-Fi Settings" menu.
 
# Press the down navigation button to move down one step to the logo . Then press the confirm button. The word "Reset" will appear on the screen. Once the word disappears, your video door phone will have been successfully reset.
