Here is how to clear the app cache on an Android smartphone or tablet: 1. Tap on "Settings" on your phone. 2. Look for the "Apps" menu, and tap on it. 3. (Optional depending on versions) Select "Clear data". 7. Then tap on "Clear cache". 8. Then tap "Ok".
If needed, you can also clear the data. (This clears the cache but more deeply.) This action will also erase the Wi-Fi networks and passwords saved in the Enki app, so if you associate a Wi-Fi device again, you will have to re-enter your network and password if you had saved them. 9.
