To clear the app's cache on Android:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Apps.
  3. (Optional) Select Manage apps.
  4. Find and click the Enki app.
  5. Go to the Storage menu.
  6. (Optional) Select Clear data.
  7. Click Clear cache, then confirm with OK.

Clearing the data also deletes the Wi-Fi networks and passwords saved in Enki. You will need to enter them again if you connect again.

  1. Select Clear all data.
  2. Confirm with OK.

To clear the Enki app's cache on iPhone or iPad:

  1. Press and hold the Enki icon on the home screen.
  2. Select Delete App (twice), then confirm by clicking Delete again.
  3. Open the Apple Store and go to Search.
  4. Search for Enki (Smart Home) and download the app iOS - Cloud.png.
  5. Once downloaded, click Open and Log in. Log in with your credentials (email and password).
