How can I check if my Wi-Fi device is up to date?
From your Wi-Fi device’s settings page.

Open the Enki app and go to the "Home" screen. Follow these steps: 01 - Select the tile of your Wi-Fi device to open its control page. 02 - Click the gear icon 03 - At the bottom of the settings, under "Advanced settings", check the software version of the device. |

Start by identifying your device type by checking which entry you added it under in the app. Open the Enki app and go to the main "Home" screen. Then: 01 - Select the tile of your Wi-Fi device to access its control page. 02 - Click the gear icon 03 - In the "Device information" section, you will see the model of your Wi-Fi device, corresponding to the selected entry. |

How do I update my Wi-Fi device?
Via your Wi-Fi device’s settings page.

Make sure your device is powered and controllable via the Enki app: 01 - From "Home", select the device tile. 02 - Tap "⏻" to change its state. The device should respond as follows:

03 - On the control page, click the gear icon 04 - Select " 05 - Confirm the update by clicking "Yes" after the message appears: "An update is available, do you want to start it? The device will be unavailable during the update." 06 - The update starts, with the text "Update in progress..." shown under "Update". |

It is important to note that when returning to the main "Home" menu, the message "Update in progress" appears under your device’s name. This indicates the update is ongoing. Please wait until it finishes to fully use your Wi-Fi device and its new features. |

Firmware updates require continuous power to ensure proper installation and optimal functioning. No, once started, the update cannot be interrupted.
Can I cut power or disconnect during the update?
No, this may irreversibly damage the device and render it unusable.
