Why add your electricity contract?Adding your electricity contract to the Enki app provides a more accurate estimate of your energy consumption. By taking into account the characteristics of your plan, including the rates applicable during different periods, the app can better calculate the cost associated with using each of your devices. This gives you more detailed tracking of your expenses, which you can view by day, week, month, or year. If you do not enter your electricity contract, calculations are based on standard, indicative pricing. The results may therefore be less representative of your actual situation. By adding your contract information, Enki can apply pricing that is better suited to your plan and provide you with a more reliable estimate of the cost of your consumption for each device. |
Where do you add it?
Where do you add your electricity contract?To access the area where you want to add your electricity contract, follow these steps: 01. Click the settings icon 02. Then select “ 03. Click the name of the relevant home. 04. Finally, select “Electricity contract.”
The following message will be displayed: “No information has been entered yet. By entering your contract details and your electricity provider’s rates, the app will be able to provide you with more accurate data about your electricity consumption. You will also receive personalized advice to help optimize your consumption.” |

Below are the different steps to follow to add your electricity contract. Click each section to access the relevant information.
Step 01: Start adding the contract
The visual examples provided are intended solely to illustrate a specific case. Under no circumstances should you reproduce these operations: please enter your own data.

01. Click “Enter information” to begin adding your contract.
Gather the information needed to enter your electricity contract. You can find it in your electricity provider’s customer portal.

Step 02: Enter the data

02. Click “Next” to continue. 03. Select your electricity provider, then click “Next.” 04. Then select the type of electricity contract you subscribed to with this provider, then click “Next.” 05. Enter the power of your electric meter, then click “Next.” 06. Select the rate option subscribed to with your electricity provider, then click “Next.” 07. Enter the tax-inclusive price you pay per kWh during peak and off-peak hours. Also enter the tax-inclusive amount of your monthly subscription. You must also confirm that this information appears on a document dated less than one month ago. Otherwise, you will be asked for the date of the document. Then click “Next.” “This information allows us to display the appropriate tax-inclusive calculation in the app following changes to electricity taxation in France.” |
Step 03: Save the data

08. If you have off-peak hours, enter the number of time periods and the times for those periods, then click “Next.” 09. Also enter the subscription date of your contract to optimize consumption calculations in the Enki app, then click “Next.” 10. The contract has been entered successfully. Click “Close.” “It will take some time for your consumption data to be calculated in the app.” |
Consumption will be calculated from the specified contract start date, based on the data provided. Before this date, the standard calculation will apply.

To view the information related to your electricity contract, click the “Current contract” tile. You will be redirected to a page displaying the following information:

Edit your contract information
Below are the different steps to follow to edit your electricity contract. Click each section to access the relevant information.
Step 01: Start editing the contract
You can edit your contract at any time to subscribe to another one. This change will allow your consumption to be calculated accurately up to a specified date, and then apply the new calculation method from the start date of your new contract.

Step 02: Enter the data

02. Click “Next” to continue. 03. Select your electricity provider, then click “Next.” 04. Then select the type of electricity contract you subscribed to with this provider, then click “Next.” 05. Step 03: Save the data

Once your new contract has been entered, its tile appears under “Current contract.” Your old contract appears under “My old contract.” If you have several old contracts, they are grouped under “My old contracts.”
Delete your contract

If you want to delete your electricity contract, follow these steps: 01. Click the tile corresponding to the contract you want to delete. 02. Then click “Delete” at the bottom of the screen. 03. Finally, click “Delete” to confirm the deletion. Your contract has been successfully deleted. |

If you have just added your electricity contract and want to delete it shortly afterward, for any reason, this action cannot be performed immediately. The following message will be displayed: “We are currently calculating the latest information you provided. Please try again in a few minutes.” Please wait, then try again later to delete your contract. |
