The "Sign in with your Alexa account" page allows you to link your Enki account to your Alexa account.
Your voice assistant will then be able to detect your Enki devices, and you will be able to control them by voice.
- Start the connection: Click on "Connect my account" to begin the integration process between Enki and Alexa.
- Follow the instructions: You will be guided through the necessary steps to authorize Alexa to access your connected Enki devices. You may be asked to enter your Alexa credentials.
Once the connection is established, Alexa will be able to recognize and control your Enki devices, allowing you to manage your smart home easily by voice.
Note
You can cancel the connection between Enki and Alexa at any time:
- Either in the Enki app, in the Partner Accounts section of the Settings menu,
- Or from your Alexa account or app.
🟢 IMPORTANT TO KNOW
For the Enki skill to be visible in the list of available applications, your Amazon account must be associated with one of the countries where the Enki app is available. You will find more details on this topic in the article: “Why can't I find the Enki app in my Google or Apple store?”
Each Amazon account has two region settings:
the first concerns the country of residence and delivery;
the second concerns the marketplace country (Marketplace), that is, the store where you purchase products.
➡️ Both settings must be configured to a country where the Enki app is available.
