Our solution is currently available in France (mainland and overseas), Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Portugal, Poland, and Romania.
Thus, the Enki app is available for download and/or update in these countries and in neighboring countries: Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg.
If you cannot find the app to download/update in your store, it means that your account (Google or Apple) is not located in one of these countries.
To be able to download/update the Enki app, you must either:
– update your Google/Apple store settings and select the countries where our solution is available*.
– create a new Google/Apple account in one of the countries where we are present.
*Before making changes to your Google / Apple account, be sure to check the conditions, restrictions, and/or possible impacts that such a change could have on your store account
