Important:Resetting your box means that any connected objects and the scenarios and configurations associated with them will be irreversibly deleted (thermostatic mode, schedule, etc). The data that is deleted cannot be recovered.
Enki box V1 To reset your Enki V1 Box please remove it from your application. If information is received by your box, its LED light will start flashing blue. To completely erase, press the reset knob on the back for 5 to10 seconds with a reset stick until the LED light goes out momentarily Then the light will be solid then flash blue. You will then have to connect your box.
ENKI Connect box To erase your ENKI Connect or ESSENTIELLE box, press the button for 7 sec. Your box’ central and side LED lights will flash several time. Then, the central LED light will flash slowly on it's own. You can then reconnect your box.
