To reset your SOMFY garage door / roller shutter / gate motor, please follow these steps:
Terrace awnings and roller shutters:
- Using the circuit breaker, alternate power cuts on your device for the following durations:
- Switch off for 2 seconds.
- Switch on for 8 seconds.
- Switch off for 2 seconds.
- Switch back on.
- The awning will go up or down for 5 seconds.
- To reconnect the device, press and hold the up and down buttons at the same time.
- The awning will move back and forth to validate the process.
It will then be possible to reconnect your device.
OXIMO wirefree roller shutter motor:
- Press the "PROG" button for 12 seconds.
- The roller shutter will move back and forth 3 times.
It will then be possible to reconnect your device.
Swing gate motor:

- Place your remote control on the target located on the device.
- Press button 1 until the "auto close" light flashes.
- Press button 1 on the remote control once.
- The RESET MEMORY light will then flash
- Press button 2 on the remote control until all the lights come on.
- Release button 2 to light up the STATUS light.
It will then be possible to reconnect your device.

- Press the power button for 2 seconds.
- Place the remote control on the target located on the device.

- Long press button 2 on the remote control again until all the lights come on.
- Release the button, the power indicator will then flash twice.
It will then be possible to reconnect your device.

- The 4 indicator lights will then light up
- Once the indicator lights go out, release the RESET button

- Press the "PROG" button for 7 seconds.
- The indicator light will then flash to confirm the reset.
It will then be possible to reconnect your device.
Garage door motor:

- Close your door
- Hold down the set and speed buttons.
- The 2 indicator lights will then flash for at least 7 seconds
- Release both buttons.
- Long press the set button for 3 seconds.
- The set indicator light will then flash.
- Press the open button on the remote control and wait until it is fully open.
- Close the door again.
It will then be possible to reconnect your device.
Garage door motor:

- Press the A button 3 times to access the reset menu
- Press the B button
- Indicator light 2 flashes twice continuously
- Control the motor with the A button so that the transmission shuttle engages with the carriage and brings the door to the closed position.
- Press the B button.
- The door will open and then close.
- Indicator light B will then go out.
It will then be possible to reconnect your device.
