Resetting an EQUATION radiator or pilot wire

To reset your EQUATION electric radiator or pilot wire, please follow the steps below: 

Vicano Radiator

Murano II Radiator

Virtuoso 2 Electric Radiator

  • Hold down the "v" validation button until the heating menu is displayed. 
  • In the menu, select the "clear" function using the ">" button. 
  • Hold down the "v" validation button to confirm the reset. 

You will then be able to reconnect your device. 

Sorali 2 Electric Radiator

  • Hold down the "OK" validation button until the heating menu is displayed. 
  • In the menu, select the "clear" function using the arrow keys. 
  • Hold down the "OK" validation button to confirm the reset. 

You will then be able to reconnect your device. 

Alidéa 2 Connect Electric Radiator 

  • Hold down the "v" validation button until the heating menu is displayed. 
  • In the menu, select the "clear" function using the "+" button. 
  • Hold down the "v" validation button to confirm the reset. 

You will then be able to reconnect your device. 

Alidéa 2 Vertical Electric Radiator 

  • Press the menu button (at the top left of the control panel). 
  • Use the dial to select "settings", then "factory defaults". 
  • Press and hold the dial button for at least 3 seconds. 

You will then be able to reconnect your device. 

Duomo Electric Radiator 

  • Press the menu button (located above the dial) to access the heating settings. 
  • Select "Settings" then "factory reset".
  • Press and hold the dial button for at least 3 seconds. 

You will then be able to reconnect your device. 

Enora Electric Radiator

  • Press the menu button (the 3 horizontal bars). 
  • Use the dial to select "factory defaults"
  • Press and hold the dial button for at least 3 seconds. 

You will then be able to reconnect your device. 

Pilot wire 

  • Press and hold the reset button on the module for 5 seconds. 
  • The LED will flash orange. 
  • Release the button and press it again. 
  • The LED will flash green and red, then orange to indicate that the reset was successful. 

You will then be able to reconnect your device.
