To reset your Evology detectors, follow these steps:
Temperature and humidity sensor / Water leak detector:
- Remove the cover and take out the battery.
- Using a reset pin, press the reset button and replace the battery until the LED turns blue.
- Release the button and replace the cover.
You will then be able to reconnect your object.
Flood, temperature and humidity detector / Opening, motion, temperature and brightness detector:
- Detach the sensor and turn it over.
- Press the switch located at the top right 4 times downwards and hold down on the 4th.
- The LED will light up and then go out 3 seconds later.
- Release the switch.
- The LED will flash to indicate that the reset was successful.
You will then be able to reconnect your object.
Motion detector:
- Detach the sensor and turn it over.
- Quickly press the switch 4 times within 1.5 seconds and hold down on the 4th.
- The LED will light up and then go out 3 seconds later.
- Release the switch.
- The LED will light up one last time to indicate that the reset was successful.
You will then be able to reconnect your object.
