To pair the device, your Wi-Fi network must be configured with WPA2 on the 2.4 GHz frequency.
If your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network is mixed with 5 GHz, 6 GHz, or 7 GHz frequencies, it is essential to separate the bands and assign a distinct SSID (Wi-Fi network name) to each frequency.

What does the LED status of my device mean:
| Off. | Flashing red continuously. | Flashes green once every ten seconds. | Solid red. |
|
Not connected. Not producing energy. The power produced by the solar panels is not sufficient to power the micro-inverter. |
Not connected. Not producing energy. The micro-inverter does not have enough sunlight to start. Either because it is too early or too late in the day for the kit to produce energy, or because the kit is not receiving sunlight. |
Connected, producing energy. The micro-inverter is producing energy, enjoy your kit! |
Error! Not connected, not producing energy. The micro-inverter has encountered a problem. Try resetting it and pairing it again. If the problem persists, contact your local dealer. |
* The main inverter light does not indicate the connection status with your network and application.
* It is impossible to connect the micro-inverter to your Wi-Fi network and application if it is not properly powered and not producing energy. To pair your micro-inverter, it must produce energy.
How does... my device work?
How to reset my device?
| Perform a reset of my connected device | |
| # Check that your micro-inverter is properly powered (If not, the reset will not proceed correctly). It should flash green (either continuously or once every ten seconds). Unplug and plug back the AC plug from your wall socket three times. | |
| Make sure the light flashes green. | Unplug and plug back the AC plug into your wall socket 3 times |
| # The micro-inverter will flash red to indicate it is resetting, then it will flash red-green. Finally, it will return to its electricity production mode with a green flash every ten seconds. Your micro-inverter is reset. | |
| The micro-inverter flashes red, then red-green before turning off | Then it switches to green flashing every 10 sec. The micro-inverter is in pairing mode. Reset successful |
