How to update my Enki box / Enki Connect / Enki Essentiel b

 

To update your box, you need to follow these steps:

 

  1. Click on the card of your ENKI box.

     

  2. Click on the logo ​ located on the line​ "Update" at the bottom of your screen.

     

  3. The loading circle will appear to indicate that the update is in progress...

     

  4. You can also see it on the card of your ENKI box in the menu ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.

 

If the update button does not appear as shown below, I invite you to simulate adding an object:

  1. Open the Enki app by clicking on the icon in the list of your installed applications on your phone.

     

  2. Click on "" at the top right of your screen.

     

  3. Then click on "Add an object".

     

  4. Then click on "Bulbs and luminaires".

     

  5. And then click on "Lexman".

     

  6. Finally, select any bulb.

     

  7. Wait for the update to finish.
