When to Perform a Reset?

You should perform a reset in the following cases:

  • The socket no longer responds to commands
  • Network connection issues
  • Before transferring the device to another user
  • After a technical malfunction

Reset Procedure

Step 1: Locate the Reset Button

The reset button is located on the front face of the socket.

Step 2: Perform the Reset Sequence

  1. Briefly press the reset button 3 times (each press should last less than 0.5 seconds)
  2. Then hold the button down for more than 10 seconds
  3. After 10 seconds, the LED starts blinking red
  4. Release the button as soon as the LED blinks red

Step 3: Verify the Reset Success

  • The LED stops blinking
  • The device restarts automatically
  • The LED then blinks green for a few seconds
  • Finally, the LED turns solid amber, indicating that the socket is ready for a new setup

⚠️ Important to Remember

Data erased during the reset:

After the reset, you will need to fully reconfigure your socket as you did during the initial installation.
