When to Perform a Reset?

You should perform a reset in the following cases:

  • The dimmer no longer responds to dimming commands
  • Malfunction of the lighting dimming
  • Faulty brightness settings
  • Before transferring the device to another user

Reset Procedure

Preliminary Step: Preparation

Remove the knob from the dimmer to access the reset push button located underneath.

Step 1: Perform the Reset Sequence

  1. Briefly press the push button 3 times (each press should last less than 0.5 seconds)
  2. Then hold the push button down for more than 10 seconds

Step 2: Observe Visual Signals

  • After 10 seconds, the LED starts blinking red
  • Release the push button as soon as you see the red blinking

Step 3: Verify Reset Success

  • Once the reset is successful, the LED stops blinking
  • The dimmer restarts automatically
  • The LED then blinks green for a few seconds
