Are you having trouble with your ceiling fan? A reset can sometimes resolve connection or operation issues. Here’s how to proceed:
Reset Procedure
- Take the remote control for your Inspire ceiling fan.
- Locate the following two buttons on the remote control:
- The light bulb-shaped button (located on the left, for the light).
- The '+' button (located below the bar just underneath).
- Press and hold these two buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
- Your fan will then be reset and ready to be paired again with the Enki app.
