Forgot your password for your Enki account? Can’t log into your Enki account anymore? Learn how to quickly recover or change your password and regain access to your app in a few simple steps.
Open the Enki app
On the login page, click “Sign In” (as shown in the first screenshot)
On the next page, click “Forgot Password” (as shown in the second screenshot)
Enter the email address used for your Enki account
Check your email inbox (remember to check spam folders)
Click on the link you received
Create a new password
👉 You can now log back into your Enki account.
⚠️ If you do not receive the email:
You may not have an account created with this email address
Check your spam or junk mail folders
Check the spelling of your address (for example, make sure you didn’t make a typo, such as “gmal.com” instead of “gmail.com”).
You might be using another Enki account (account duplication)
