Procedure for Pairing and Unpairing a Remote Control Associated with Multiple Fans:

"Hello, my name is Enkior. I will explain the procedure to unpair a remote control from your Inspire connected fan. Indeed, in some setups with multiple fans, the same remote control may be associated with several devices, which can be inconvenient, especially when pairing your device with the Enki app."

In some setups with multiple fans, the same remote control may be associated with several devices.

This can cause pairing failures with your fan on the app, because when you perform actions for your fan, both respond simultaneously, resulting in mutual interference.

You may encounter situations where pairing is impossible or where, after pairing one fan, when pairing the second, the first resets and stops responding.

Currently, there is no known procedure to directly delete a remote control from a fan's memory.

However, an alternative solution allows restoring normal operation.

The fan is equipped with memory capable of associating multiple remote controls. By pairing the same remote control multiple times with a fan, previous associations are gradually replaced so that only the most recent associations are retained.

This procedure thus allows removing unwanted associations by repeatedly pairing the desired remote control."

"Important:

To avoid accidentally activating another fan, it is imperative that only one fan is powered on during the entire procedure."

To correctly pair each remote control with the corresponding fan, a specific procedure must be followed.

1. First, start by cutting the power supply to the fan you wish to pair. This step is essential for the fan to enter pairing mode with the remote control.

2. Next, take the remote control you want to pair with this fan. Press and hold the round button located in the center of the remote control. While holding this button, restore power to the fan. This action allows the fan to detect the remote control and establish a connection between the two devices.

Once this operation is completed, the fan will emit a beep sound. This beep indicates that the pairing between the remote control and the fan has been successfully completed. You can then release the button on the remote and proceed to normal use of the fan with this now paired remote control.

It is important to repeat this operation at least twice consecutively, always using the same remote control on the same fan. This procedure erases all other remote controls that may be associated with this fan. By performing this manipulation, you ensure that only this specific remote control remains the master remote, meaning it is the only one capable of controlling the fan.

"Congratulations, you now have the knowledge necessary to correctly pair your remote control with your fan. Additionally, you also know how to use this same remote control to unpair all other remote controls that may be connected to this fan. Thanks to this procedure, you ensure that only one remote control, the one you programmed, will be able to control your device, thus avoiding any interference or unintended commands from other nearby remotes."
