How to find the QR code for my Inspire ceiling fan?

🔍 Checking Enki Compatibility

To ensure that your ceiling fan is indeed a connected and compatible model before starting any configuration process, simply check for the official "Works With Enki" label visibly placed on your device’s packaging.

🔲 Pairing QR Code Formats

To help you easily identify them during setup, know that the QR codes required for pairing always appear as a scannable square accompanied by an 11-digit backup code printed just below it.

📱 On the Remote Control

To quickly start pairing with the accessory you have on hand, simply turn over your fan’s remote control: the first installation QR code is affixed directly on its back side.

📦 On Stickers Inside the Box

To provide you with an ideal backup solution and save you from tedious handling once the ceiling fan is installed, open your device’s original box where additional stickers containing the QR code have been included for your convenience.

📶 On the Wi-Fi USB Key

If your equipment uses a removable module, the QR code is also permanently printed on the surface of the provided Wi-Fi USB key, which you will find located right at the electrical connection point of the device.

ℹ️ Good to know: We recommend sticking one of the two backup stickers directly onto your user manual or taking a photo of it: this will allow you to keep the pairing code safely accessible in case you need to reset your setup in the future.
