How to Add Devices to My Enki App?

To control your devices through the Enki app, you need to pair them with your Enki ecosystem.

To add your device, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Enki app by clicking on the icon in the list of apps installed on your phone.
2. Click on the "" icon located on the right side of your screen (at the top on iPhone and at the bottom on Android).
3. Then click on "Add a device".
4. Select "Device type".
5. Next, select "Brand".
6. Then select "Device".
7. Follow the installation instructions displayed on the screen to complete the setup of your device.

Does Your Device Require a Partner Account?

If your device is listed among the compatible Enki products, it may be controllable from the Enki app via a partner account.

To add a partner account, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Enki app by clicking on the icon in the list of apps installed on your phone.
2. Click on the "" icon located on the right side of your screen (at the top on iPhone and at the bottom on Android).
3. Then click on "Link a partner account".
4. Select the partner’s name.
5. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen to complete the connection.

Note: Not all partner accounts are available in every country where Enki is offered.
