How do I unlink my Linky meter from my Enki account?

To unlink your Linky meter from your Enki account, revoke the consents granted when linking them:

1. Tap the settings wheel “”, then tap “ Settings”.
2. Select the relevant home.
3. Open “Enedis consents”.
4. In the “Accept all” tile, deactivate the green toggle . It turns gray , as do the other toggles.
5. Tap “Save ” at the bottom of the screen.
6. Tap “Confirm”.

The “Enedis consents” row disappears, confirming that the devices have been unlinked.

Check that the devices have been unlinked by trying to link your Linky meter again:

1. Open the “❤︎ Energy” tab at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select “⚡️ Usage” at the top.
3. The “Link my Linky meter” tile should appear.

Its presence confirms that the devices have been unlinked.

To unlink your Linky meter from your Enki account, temporarily change your home address:

1. Open the settings “”, then select “ Settings”.
2. Select the relevant home.
3. In the “Address” tile, select your address, then tap it again at the bottom of the screen.
4. Replace it with a simple address, such as “Paris”, and select the corresponding suggestion.
5. Confirm with “ ✓ ” on iOS or “Save ” on Android.
6. Tap “Confirm”.

The “Enedis consents” row disappears, confirming that the devices have been unlinked.

You can then restore your home address if needed.

1. Open the settings “”, then select “ Settings”.
2. Select the relevant home.
3. In the “Address” tile, select the temporary address, then tap it again at the bottom of the screen.
4. Replace it with your mailing address.
5. Confirm with “ ✓ ” on iOS or “Save ” on Android.
6. Tap “Confirm”.
