Using a Radiator with a Pilot Wire

This help page guides you through using the control screen of your pilot wire heating system to comfortably manage your thermal comfort. Learn how to adjust your setpoint modes, monitor your consumption, and activate voice control in just a few clicks.

Adjusting the Setpoint Temperature

To instantly tailor the ambiance of a room to your current needs, modify the setpoint value sent by the pilot wire to precisely adjust the temperature of your radiator.

Selecting Comfort Modes

Easily adapt your heating schedule to your daily habits by selecting the ideal mode on your screen: apply your reference temperature with the "Comfort" mode, fine-tune it if needed with the "Comfort - 1" or "Comfort - 2" modes, switch to "Eco" mode to lower the temperature during short absences, activate "Frost Protection" mode to protect your pipes during winter, or completely turn off the device with the "Off" mode.

Optimizing Settings from the App

To maximize your comfort while achieving significant savings — knowing that one degree less equals 7% energy saved — first set your comfort temperature directly on your radiator’s thermostat, then go to the "Heating" tab located at the bottom of your app’s home screen to customize all your settings.

Monitoring Electrical Consumption

To better manage your budget and track your energy expenses in real time, access the visual report directly available on your screen to precisely view the electrical consumption measured by your radiator.

Activating Voice Control

Enjoy optimal hands-free control by first linking your Enki account with Google Home or Alexa, then create a dedicated scenario in your app to program your pilot wire setpoint, allowing you to trigger it anytime by voice simply by saying “Ok Google, activate [scenario name]” or “Alexa, start [scenario name].”

ℹ️ Good to know: If you have older radiator models in your home, it is completely normal that the fine regulation modes "Comfort - 1" and "Comfort - 2" are not available, as these generations of equipment do not support these specific pilot wire commands.
