Check the valve
The valve on your radiator may be stuck or difficult to move. Try to manually move this to check if it's free. If it's stuck, try to free it. If not, you may need to replace it.
Check the compatibility of your heating system
Make sure that your heating system is compatible with the thermostatic head. Also, ensure that you have used the correct adaptor to fit it to your radiator.
