To find out if your device requires an update to communicate with Enki (the target version being 3.0.8 or higher), there are 2 ways to check its version:
Step-by-Step Navigation via the Information Menu
To easily check the system version of your device at any time:
open the menu by pressing the Menu button (represented by three horizontal lines)
use the down arrow to scroll through the configuration options until you highlight the information icon (i).
Finally, confirm your choice by pressing the Menu button again to instantly display the summary screen where the "Software Version" line clearly appears.
Quick Display at Device Startup
If you prefer to get an immediate overview without navigating the interface, you can temporarily cut the power supply to the heater from your circuit breaker and then restore it. This will start an initialization phase during which the version number will briefly appear on the screen for a few seconds.
