How to Clear the Cache of My Enki App

To clear the app cache on Android:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Apps.
  3. (Optional) Select Manage apps.
  4. Find and tap on the Enki app.
  5. Go to the Storage menu.
  6. (Optional) Choose Clear data.
  7. Tap Clear cache then confirm with OK.

Clearing data also deletes Wi-Fi networks and passwords saved in Enki. You will need to re-enter them if reconnecting.

  1. Select Clear all data.
  2. Confirm with OK.

To clear the Enki app cache on iPhone or iPad:

  1. Press and hold the Enki icon on the home screen.
  2. Select Delete App (twice) then confirm by tapping Delete again.
  3. Open the App Store and go to Search.
  4. Search for Enki (Connected Home) and download the app iOS - Cloud.png.
  5. Once downloaded, tap Open and Sign In. Log in with your credentials (email and password).
