This settings page allows you to customize your fan and modify certain settings.
General Settings
These settings allow you to name and organize your device for simplified management in the Enki app.
- Name: Allows you to rename your fan (e.g., Living Room Fan or Office Fan). We recommend choosing a descriptive name.
- Room: Gives you the option to assign your fan to a specific room in your home, making organization easier.
Device Information
This information is provided for reference. It may be requested by Enki Support if technical assistance is needed.
- Manufacturer: Displays the brand of your fan (e.g., Inspire).
- Model: Displays the commercial reference of your device (e.g., Siroco Ceiling Fan).
Advanced Settings
Access configuration options for your device, including network and rotation direction.
- Change Wi-Fi Network: Allows you to change the Wi-Fi network your fan is currently connected to. Useful if you change your Internet box or provider.
- Version: Indicates the software (firmware) version installed on your fan.
- Rotation Direction: A crucial setting that optimizes energy efficiency according to the season.
- Summer Mode (Downward Airflow): Creates a cooling breeze by pushing air downward. Ideal for improving comfort during warm seasons.
- Winter Mode (Upward Airflow): Redistributes warm air accumulated at the ceiling downward. Ideal for better heat distribution and optimizing your heating.
Delete the Device
The Delete button at the bottom of the screen allows you to permanently unpair your fan from your Enki account. The device will no longer be controllable from the app.
