Follow this step-by-step guide to successfully connect your ceiling fan
📋 Prerequisite Checklist
To avoid any issues during installation, check the following points:
Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and allow the app to use it and access precise location
Prepare the QR code: Have the security QR Code ready - How to find the QR code of my Inspire ceiling fan?
Check your Wi-Fi: Your smartphone must be connected to your home Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz frequency).
Have the fan remote control with working batteries. Make sure it properly controls the fan; if not, you will need to pair the two by pressing and holding the fan button on the remote control for more than 10 seconds (until a beep sounds).
🔌 Put the Fan into Pairing Mode
Turn off the fan’s power using your wall switch or circuit breaker for 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
Take your remote control.
Press and hold the Light button (represented by a light bulb) and the Favorite button (represented by a heart) simultaneously.
The fan will emit a beep sound or a light blinking: it is now broadcasting its signal and ready to be configured.
📱 Finalizing the Pairing
You now have 15 minutes to complete the fan connection using the Enki app.
ℹ️ Good to know: Keep the sticker containing the pairing QR code in a safe place (for example, stick it inside your device’s manual), as it will save you valuable time in case of future reinstallation or Wi-Fi network changes.
