Objective
This article guides you through the installation of your Bestherm Lucca 2 radiator in the Enki app.
Once the installation is complete, you will be able to control your radiator from the Enki app according to the features available for your device.
Before You Begin
Before adding your radiator, make sure that:
- your Bestherm Lucca 2 radiator is powered on;
- your Enki app is installed and up to date;
- your phone stays near the radiator during pairing;
- the radiator’s screen is accessible so you can use its physical buttons.
During installation, the wireless icon displayed on the radiator indicates that the device is ready to be paired with Enki.
Identifying the Radiator Buttons
On the radiator interface, you will find:
- a Power On/Off button on the left;
- an up arrow;
- a down arrow;
- a Menu button;
- a Mode button;
- a button with a wireless icon;
- a screen in the center of the interface.
Adding the Radiator in the Enki App
- Open the Enki app.
- Tap Add an Object or the + button.
- Select the category corresponding to heating.
- Select the brand Bestherm.
- Choose the Bestherm Lucca 2 radiator.
- Follow the instructions displayed in the app.
Putting the Radiator in Pairing Mode
- Press the wireless icon button;
- when OFF appears, press the up arrow to select ON;
- press M;
- verify that the wireless icon is blinking on the screen.
Finalizing the Installation in Enki
Then follow the steps to complete the installation of your radiator in the Enki app.
At the end of the installation, you can name your radiator, for example:
Living Room Radiator, Bedroom Radiator, or Office Radiator.
What to Do If the Radiator Is Not Detected?
If the Enki app does not detect your radiator, check the following:
The Wireless Icon Is Not Blinking
The radiator is probably not in pairing mode.
Repeat the procedure:
- press the wireless icon button;
- when OFF appears, press the up arrow to select ON;
- press M;
- verify that the wireless icon is blinking on the screen.
The App Still Cannot Find the Radiator
Try the following actions:
- move your phone closer to the radiator;
- make sure the radiator is properly powered;
- close and reopen the Enki app;
- restart the pairing process from the beginning.
The Radiator Was Already Paired
If the radiator was previously installed, it may be necessary to remove it from the old Enki installation before adding it again.
In this case:
- check if it still appears in your Enki app;
- delete it from your installation if needed;
- then restart the pairing process.
