Before pairing your Wi-Fi device, carefully read the tips below:
(1) SSID: Name of your Wi-Fi network visible in your phone's settings. (2) Special characters: Symbols such as "?", "!", "@", "#", etc. (3) Wi-Fi encryption: Method that protects exchanges between your device and your internet router. (4) Mobile data: Internet access through 4G or 5G networks. |
| ⚠ If you use an iOS device (iPhone or iPad), it is essential to check the following two points, which could prevent the procedure from working. | |
| Allow the Enki app to access Bluetooth | Make sure that Low Data Mode is disabled on your Wi-Fi. |

There are two types of fans: non-connected models and connected models. To tell them apart, it is essential to check the packaging of your product for the wording "Works with Enki." If this wording is shown, you can continue. |
| Before pairing your Wi-Fi device, power it on, check that the Wi-Fi dongle is properly connected, wait one minute, and then put the device in the indicated state. | |
