(4) Mobile data: Internet access through 4G or 5G networks. |
| ⚠ If you use an iOS device (iPhone or iPad), it is essential to check the following two points, which could prevent the procedure from working. | |

The "We're preparing your installation" screen indicates that your phone is searching for nearby Bluetooth connections to communicate with the Wi-Fi device being configured. Once the device is detected, your phone automatically transmits the information you entered, such as the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password, allowing a secure connection to your Wi-Fi network and facilitating installation. |
|
⚠ If your Wi-Fi device does not respond to Bluetooth, it will not receive your Wi-Fi network information. It may also not be in the state required by the procedure at that time. |

What you should know about your device:
-
Can I connect my Wi-Fi device to a Wi-Fi repeater?
Yes, but this is not recommended. Repeaters can make the connection unstable. The repeater's SSID must be different from the router's SSID to prevent frequent disconnections caused by switching between the two access points.
-
The Enki app is asking me for access to the location service. Should I allow it?
Yes, enable location services so that the app can properly detect nearby networks.
