Summary:
This article will guide you through creating an individual schedule for your device
Introduction:
What is an individual schedule?
|
The individual schedule integrated into your device lets you automate its operation over an entire week, from Monday through Sunday. You can define precise times for each day, ensuring optimal management without manual intervention. This feature offers flexibility and efficiency throughout the week. |
Why create an individual schedule?
|
The individual schedule automates your device with a weekly routine adapted to your schedule, making it easier to manage your daily routine. It lets you automate the device without integrating it into the overall schedule, offering flexibility to change the times without affecting the rest of the system. You can create several individual schedules and easily switch between them to adapt the device to your changing needs, such as during vacations or when your routine changes. |
How to create an individual schedule:
|
1 - Open the Enki app by clicking its icon " 2 - In the Home tab, select the relevant device to access its control page. 3 - Click " 4 - Two options: |
A schedule is required by the system. The "Default" schedule cannot be deleted or renamed. You can only modify the time periods and settings for each day.
Steps for creating your individual schedule:
Here is a simple example of an individual schedule to help you understand how to set it up. You can adapt it to your needs and settings. (You can create much more complex schedules.)
Example of what we want to do:
| It is essential to take a moment to write down your automation ideas in order to precisely define the schedule to follow. Starting at midnight, determine the state of the device and gradually establish a schedule throughout the day. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Monday through Friday: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Here is our objective: adjust the heating of my device according to my schedule. I wake up at 6:30 AM, leave for work at 7:30 AM, return at noon for lunch, leave again at 1:00 PM, finish my day at 6:00 PM, and go to bed at 10:30 PM, as shown below:

Saturday and Sunday: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Our objective: adjust the living room radiator’s heating according to my schedule. I heat the house from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM for comfort throughout the day, then go to bed at 10:30 PM.

Example of how to apply it:
|
01 - [If you are creating a new schedule]: Click Schedule name and enter a name. For the following example, we will call it "My schedule". It is essential to name your schedule clearly so you can quickly identify it without opening it. 02 - Click Monday to edit your individual schedule for the first day. |
A default schedule is available to help you. You can keep it or modify its times and temperature settings. This schedule is automatically generated based on general household heating habits. |
|
To customize your schedule, start by deleting all existing time periods: 03 - Click the time period to delete 04 - Click "Delete". Repeat until only one time period remains |
To begin your schedule, start by setting the device temperature at midnight. In our example, the initial temperature is 18°C at 12:00 AM, so you only need to change it. In the app, proceed as follows: 03 - Select the first time period at 15°C (the default temperature). 04 - Select the device state (15°C). 05 - Set the desired temperature (18°C here) using the "+" button. 06 - Click "Confirm" 07 - Then click "Save" Your schedule therefore starts at 18°C from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
|
To continue, define the next desired time period. For our example, 19°C from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM. Follow these steps: 08 - Click + Add a time period. 09 - Set the desired Start time (6:00 AM here) and confirm with the OK button. 10 - Do the same for the End time (7:30 AM here) and confirm with OK. 11 - By default, the temperature is 19°C. If this is the desired temperature for the time period, you do not need to change the device state. 12 - Finally, click Save to save. |
As you can see, by adding our new time period (6:00–7:30 AM at 19°C) to the 12:00 AM–11:59 PM period at 18°C, the latter was divided. The 18°C setting resumes immediately after 7:30 AM, at the end of the first period. If the Until the end of the day box had been checked for the End time when creating the second period, the first period would not have been divided and the second would have covered the rest of the day. Since our next planned period was at 18°C, it has already been reached and we can move on to the next one. |
Continue defining the next time period in the schedule. For our example, 19.5°C from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Follow these steps: 13 - Click + Add a time period. 14 - Set the desired Start time (11:30 AM here) and confirm with the OK button. 15 - Do the same for the End time (1:00 PM here) and confirm with OK. 16 - Select the device state (19°C here), set the desired temperature (19.5°C here) using the "+" button, then click Confirm. 17 - Finally, click Save to save. |
The automatic addition of the 19.5°C period divided the 18°C period, which resumes at 1:00 PM. As expected, the temperature returns to 18°C after 1:00 PM, so we can move on to the next period. |
Finally, define the next time period in our example schedule: 20°C from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Follow these steps: 13 - Click + Add a time period. 14 - Set the desired Start time (6:00 PM here) and confirm with the OK button. 15 - Do the same for the End time (10:30 PM here) and confirm with OK. 16 - Select the device state (19°C here), set the desired temperature (20°C here) using the "+" button, then click Confirm. 17 - Finally, click Save to save. |
The automatic addition of the 20°C period divided the initial 18°C period, which resumes at 10:30 PM. As expected, the temperature remains at 18°C from 10:30 PM to 11:59 PM, thus completing Monday's schedule. |
|
Monday's schedule is ready. To apply it from Monday through Friday: 13 - Click Apply to other days. 14 - Select Tuesday through Friday, then click Save. 15 - Return to the general schedule by clicking "←" in the upper-left corner. The other selected days now have the same configuration as Monday. |
|
Let's create the weekend schedule by first selecting Saturday. 16 - Swipe the days of the week upward, then click Saturday. Saturday's default schedule will then be displayed. |
|
To customize your Saturday schedule, start by deleting all existing time periods: 17 - Click the time period to delete 18 - Click "Delete". Repeat until only one time period remains |
Start by setting the device temperature this Saturday at midnight. In our example, the initial temperature is 18°C at 12:00 AM, so you only need to change it. In the app, proceed as follows: 19 - Select the first time period at 15°C (the default temperature). 20 - Select the device state (15°C). 21 - Set the desired temperature (18°C here) using the "+" button. 22 - Click "Confirm" 23 - Then click "Save" Your schedule therefore starts at 18°C from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
|
To continue, define the next desired time period. For our example, 20°C from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Follow these steps: 24 - Click + Add a time period. 25 - Set the desired Start time (9:00 AM here) and confirm with the OK button. 26 - Do the same for the End time (10:30 PM here) and confirm with OK. 27 - Select the device state (19°C here), set the desired temperature (20°C here) using the "+" button, then click Confirm. 28 - Finally, click Save to save. |
The automatic addition of the 20°C period divided the initial 18°C period, which resumes at 10:30 PM. As expected, the temperature remains at 18°C from 10:30 PM to 11:59 PM, thus completing Saturday's schedule. |
|
Saturday's schedule is ready. To apply it to Sunday as well: 29 - Click Apply to other days. 30 - Select Sunday, then click Save. 31 - Return to the general schedule by clicking "←" in the upper-left corner. The other selected day now has the same configuration as Saturday. |
|
To finish, save the schedule: 32 - Click Save at the bottom of the screen. You will be redirected to your device's settings, where the new schedule will appear.
|

If your radiator does not have the built-in schedule feature: There is no specific visual response. The radiator simply adjusts the temperature according to the individual schedule, which is executed on the platform. Commands are sent to the device to apply the settings. If the internet connection is interrupted while the command is being sent, the radiator will not change its setting. |
|
If your radiator has the built-in schedule feature: The schedule is displayed on your screen with the setting and end time. It is executed locally on the radiator, which continues to follow the schedule even without an internet connection. |
