Summary:
This article will guide you through creating an individual schedule for your device.
Introduction:
What is an individual schedule?
|
The individual schedule integrated into your device allows you to automate its operation over an entire week, from Monday through Sunday. You can define precise times for each day, ensuring optimal management without manual intervention. This feature provides flexibility and efficiency throughout the week. |
Why create an individual schedule?
|
The individual schedule automates your device with a weekly routine adapted to your lifestyle, making it easier to manage your schedule. It lets you automate the device without integrating it into the overall schedule, providing flexibility to change the times without affecting the rest of the system. You can create several individual schedules and easily switch between them to adapt the device to your changing needs, such as during vacations or when your routine changes. |
How to create an individual schedule:
|
1 - Open the Enki app by clicking its icon " 2 - In the Home tab, select the relevant device to access its control page. 3 - Click " 4 - Two options: |
A schedule is required for the system. The "Default" schedule cannot be deleted or renamed. You can only modify the time slots and settings for each day.
Steps for creating your individual schedule:
Here is a simple example of an individual schedule to help you understand how to set it up. You can adapt it according to your needs and settings. (You can create much more complex schedules.)
Example of what we want to do:
| It is essential to take a moment to write down your automation ideas so that you can precisely define the schedule to follow. Starting at midnight, determine the state of the device and gradually establish a schedule for the day. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Monday through Friday: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Here is our objective: adjust the heating of my device according to my schedule. I wake up at 6:30 AM, leave for work at 7:30 AM, return at noon for lunch, leave again at 1:00 PM, finish my day at 6:00 PM, and go to bed at 10:30 PM, as shown below:

Saturday and Sunday: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Our objective: adjust the heating of the living room radiator according to my schedule. I heat the house from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM for comfort throughout the day, and then go to bed at 10:30 PM.

Example of how to apply it:
|
01 - [If you are creating a new schedule]: Click Schedule name and enter a name. For the following example, we will call it "My schedule." It is essential to name your schedule clearly so that you can identify it quickly without opening it. 02 - Click Monday to edit your individual schedule for the first day. |
A default schedule is available to help you. You can keep it or modify its times and temperature settings. This schedule is automatically generated based on general heating habits in a household. |
|
To customize your schedule, start by deleting all existing time slots: 03 - Click the time slot to delete. 04 - Click "Delete." Repeat until only one time slot remains. |
To start your schedule, begin by defining the device's heating mode at midnight. In our example, the initial heating mode is Comfort-2 at 12:00 AM, so you simply need to modify it. In the app, proceed as follows: 03 - Set the first time slot to Comfort (the default heating mode). 04 - Select the device's state (Comfort). 05 - Set the desired heating mode (here: Comfort-2) by clicking the desired state. 06 - Click "✓" (iOS) or "Confirm" (Android). 07 - Then click "✓" (iOS) or "Save" (Android). Your schedule therefore starts with Comfort-2 from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM. |
To continue, define the next desired time slot. In our example, Comfort-1 from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM. Follow these steps: 08 - Click + Add a time slot. 09 - Set the desired Start time (here, 6:00 AM) and confirm using the "✓" (iOS) or "OK" (Android) button. 10 - Do the same for the End time (here, 7:30 AM) and confirm with "✓" (iOS) or "OK" (Android). 11 - Select the device's state (Comfort). 12 - Set the desired heating mode (here: Comfort-1) by clicking the desired state. 13 - Click "✓" (iOS) or "Confirm" (Android). 14 - Then click "✓" (iOS) or "Save" (Android) to save. |
As you can see, adding our new time slot (6:00 AM–7:30 AM at Comfort-1) to the 12:00 AM–11:59 PM Comfort-2 slot split the latter. The Comfort-2 setting resumes just after 7:30 AM, when the first slot ends. If the Until the end of the day box had been checked for the End time while creating the second slot, the first slot would not have been split and the second slot would have covered the rest of the day. |
Continue defining the next time slot in the schedule. In our example, Eco from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Follow these steps: 14 - Click + Add a time slot. 15 - Set the desired Start time (here, 7:30 AM) and confirm using the "✓" (iOS) or "OK" (Android) button. 16 - Do the same for the End time (here, 11:30 AM) and confirm with "✓" (iOS) or "OK" (Android). 17 - Select the device's state (here, Comfort), set the desired heating mode (here: Eco) by clicking the desired state, then click "✓" (iOS) or "Confirm" (Android). 18 - Finally, click "✓" (iOS) or "Save" (Android) to save. |
Continue defining the next time slot in the schedule. In our example, Comfort-1 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Follow these steps: 19 - Click + Add a time slot. 20 - Set the desired Start time (here, 11:30 AM) and confirm using the "✓" (iOS) or "OK" (Android) button. 21 - Do the same for the End time (here, 1:00 PM) and confirm with "✓" (iOS) or "OK" (Android). 22 - Select the device's state (here, Comfort), set the desired heating mode (here: Comfort-1) by clicking the desired state, then click "✓" (iOS) or "Confirm" (Android). 23 - Finally, click "✓" (iOS) or "Save" (Android) to save. |
Finally, define the next time slot in our example schedule: Eco from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Follow these steps: 24 - Click + Add a time slot. 25 - Set the desired Start time (here, 1:00 PM) and confirm using the "✓" (iOS) or "OK" (Android) button. 26 - Do the same for the End time (here, 6:00 PM) and confirm with "✓" (iOS) or "OK" (Android). 27 - Select the device's state (here, Comfort), set the desired heating mode (here: Eco) by clicking the desired state, then click "✓" (iOS) or "Confirm" (Android). 28 - Finally, click "✓" (iOS) or "Save" (Android) to save. |
To finish, define the next time slot in our example schedule: Comfort from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Follow these steps: 29 - Click + Add a time slot. 30 - Set the desired Start time (here, 6:00 PM) and confirm using the "✓" (iOS) or "OK" (Android) button. 31 - Do the same for the End time (here, 10:30 PM) and confirm with "✓" (iOS) or "OK" (Android). 32 - Since the heating mode is already set to "Comfort," click "✓" (iOS) or "Save" (Android) to save. The schedule ends with "Comfort-2," as planned. Therefore, we keep the last time slot as is. |
|
The Monday schedule is ready. To apply it from Monday through Friday: 33 - Click Apply to other days. 34 - Select Tuesday through Friday, then click "✓" (iOS) or "Save" (Android). 35 - Return to the general schedule by clicking "←" in the upper-left corner. The other selected days now have the same configuration as Monday. |
|
Let's create the weekend schedule by first selecting Saturday. 36 - Swipe the list of days of the week upward, then click Saturday. The default Saturday schedule will then be displayed. |
|
To customize your Saturday schedule, start by deleting all existing time slots: 37 - Click the time slot to delete. 38 - Click "Delete." Repeat until only one time slot remains. |
Start by defining the device's heating mode at midnight. In our example, the initial heating mode is Comfort-2 at 12:00 AM, so you simply need to modify it. In the app, proceed as follows: 39 - Set the first time slot to Comfort (the default heating mode). 40 - Select the device's state (Comfort). 41 - Set the desired heating mode (here: Comfort-2) by clicking the desired state. 42 - Click "✓" (iOS) or "Confirm" (Android). 43 - Then click "✓" (iOS) or "Save" (Android). Your schedule therefore starts with Comfort-2 from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
|
To continue, define the next desired time slot. In our example, Comfort from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Follow these steps: 44 - Click + Add a time slot. 45 - Set the desired Start time (here, 9:00 AM) and confirm using the "✓" (iOS) or "OK" (Android) button. 46 - Do the same for the End time (here, 10:30 PM) and confirm with "✓" (iOS) or "OK" (Android). 47 - Since the device is already set to Comfort, no change is needed. Click "✓" (iOS) or "Confirm" (Android) to save. |
The automatic addition of the "Comfort" heating mode slot split the original "Comfort-2" slot, which resumes at 10:30 PM. As planned, the heating mode remains set to "Comfort-2" from 10:30 PM to 11:59 PM, completing the Saturday schedule. |
|
The Saturday schedule is ready. To also apply it to Sunday: 48 - Click Apply to other days. 49 - Select Sunday, then click "✓" (iOS) or "Save" (Android). 50 - Return to the general schedule by clicking "←" in the upper-left corner. The other selected day now has the same configuration as Saturday. |
|
To finish, save the schedule: 51 - Click "✓" (iOS) or "Save" (Android). You will be redirected to your device's settings, where the new schedule will appear.
|

|
If your radiator does not have the built-in schedule feature: There is no specific visual response. The radiator simply adjusts the temperature according to the individual schedule, which is executed on the platform. Commands are sent to the device to apply the settings. If the internet connection is interrupted while the command is being transmitted, the radiator will not change its setting. |
|
If your radiator has the built-in schedule feature: The schedule is displayed on your screen with the setting and end time. It runs locally on the radiator, which continues to follow the schedule even without an internet connection. |
Things to know about individual schedules:

Why does the first time slot remain at 12:00 AM–11:59 PM when I set a time and confirm it?
If only one time slot is defined, it automatically covers the entire day (12:00 AM to 11:59 PM). To obtain the desired time slot, you must set only the desired device state at the start of the schedule (12:00 AM) in the first proposed time slot (12:00 AM–11:59 PM), then add a second time slot with the device state and times you want to apply (by clicking "+ Add a time slot").
Can I name several schedules with the same name?
No, each schedule must have a unique name.
-
Can my device be controlled through the "Heating" menu?
No, this is not a heating device, so it cannot be controlled from this menu.
-
Why can't I delete the "Default" schedule?
A schedule is required for the system. The "Default" schedule cannot be deleted or renamed. You can only modify the time slots and settings for each day.
-
How do I know whether my device is following a schedule?
If your device has a built-in schedule, it is displayed on the screen. Otherwise, the displayed target temperature should correspond to the schedule.
-
How can I check whether my device received the setting?
When the schedule is activated, the target temperature should update. For a built-in schedule, it is also displayed on the screen.
