Introduction:
What is an individual schedule?
What is an individual schedule? The peak hours / off-peak hours schedule automates the operation of your device from Monday to Sunday, based on the rates in your electricity contract. Generate it automatically from your hours or modify it manually if necessary. |
Prerequisite: The electricity contract
The prerequisite for creating this scheduleIf you want to generate an automatic schedule based on your peak and off-peak hours, you must enter your electricity contract in the Enki app, and it must include peak and off-peak hours. If you try to generate the schedule without entering an electricity contract or with a contract that does not include off-peak hours, you will see the following message:
To get help linking your electricity contract, you can follow the article How does my electricity contract work in the Enki app? |
Example: Our electricity contract
To provide context for the example below and help you better understand the information available in this article, here is an example of the electricity contract that will be displayed in the Enki app.

How to view and edit the schedule details.
How to view and edit your schedule
There are two ways to access the schedule viewing and editing area.
Method 01:01. In the “Home” menu, click the device concerned. 02. On its control page, click “Change” in the “Control type” tile. 03. Select “HP/HC schedule”. 04. Click the “Change” button to view it. |
Method 02:01. In the “Home” menu, click the device concerned. 02. On its control page, click the settings gear “ 03. Select “HP/HC schedule” to view it. |
You can then view the details for each day.
|
By clicking a day, you can view the time slots automatically generated from the hours indicated in your electricity contract. These time slots define when the device turns on during off-peak hours and turns off during peak hours.
You can modify your schedule if you wish. However, this is not recommended because the schedule is based on the hours specified in your contract. To find out which procedure to follow, see the article How does the individual schedule for my connected on/off receiver for water heaters work? The steps are similar. |
Change the name
How to change the schedule name01. In your device settings, click the name “HP/HC schedule”. 02. Then click the “Name” field, which contains the name “HP/HC schedule”. 03. Delete the name using the “⌫” key on the keyboard. 04. Enter the new name you want to assign to the schedule. In this example, we enter “Off-peak hours”. It is important to choose a clear name so that you can immediately identify the schedule it refers to. 05. Close the keyboard, then click “✓” (iOS) or “Save” (Android) to save the changes. You will then be redirected to your device settings. |
Refresh the schedule
How to refresh your schedule01. On your device settings page, click “HP/HC schedule”. 02. Click the "Refresh" button. The following message appears: "You are about to refresh your schedule with the HP/HC data from your currently entered contract. Do you want to continue?" 03. Click "Yes". You will return to the previous screen and a notification will appear: "Schedule refreshed successfully" If you click “HP/HC schedule” again, you will see the changes. |
Refreshing the schedule restores the peak and off-peak hours configuration specified in your electricity contract.
