You can now start the installation of your radiator.
- Make sure that you have not inadvertently navigated to a different menu on your radiator. It is important to remain on the screen showing the code.
- In order to start the installation of your radiator, please now press the button on the radiator.
- Then press the Next button on the Enki app.
In the event of an error:
If an error occurs or if the connection is not established, you may need to reset your radiator. To do this, refer to the user manual for your device to follow the steps for resetting.
Resetting will return your radiator to its factory settings and you will be able to retry the installation. If difficulties persist, do not hesitate to consult the user manual for your radiator or to contact support for assistance.
