To add your device to your Enki account, the app needs to connect with the device to configure it.
During this step, your phone must temporarily connect to the Wi-Fi network emitted by your device.
This Wi-Fi network is temporary and specific to the device you want to add (it's different from your usual Wi-Fi network).
Choosing the network:
- When connecting to your device's network, the network name is displayed on your phone's screen.
- Select this network from the Enki app if it's offered, otherwise do it from your phone's Wi-Fi settings.
Ensuring you stay connected to the network:
- If a system notification indicates that no internet connection is available for this network, tap on it and choose to stay connected to Wi-Fi (to prevent your smartphone from automatically switching back to a known Wi-Fi or to mobile data).

In case of failure:
- If adding your device fails despite the previous advice, try disabling your mobile data to avoid any risk of interference.
