Manually Enter the Identification Code of Your Device

The identification code is a unique sequence of characters (for example, DEF-ID or Pairing Code) that allows you to link your connected device to your Enki app. It is usually located on a label, often next to a QR code that enables faster pairing.

If you cannot scan the QR code or prefer manual entry, follow these steps:

1. Locate the label on your device

• Look for the label directly on your Enki product or on a document provided in its packaging.
• This label contains a QR code and the associated identification code.

For Solar Panels 

the code is located on the label affixed to your product, below the barcode.

Find the code on the label (only the last 8 characters)

2. Identify the identification code

• On the label, locate the sequence of characters that corresponds to the identification code.
• It may be called by different names depending on the device, such as "DEF-ID", "Pairing Code" ...

3. Enter the code in the app

• In the Enki app, go to the manual entry screen for the identification code.
• Carefully enter the identification code you found on the label.

4. Confirm the pairing

• Press the "Confirm" or "Validate" button in the app, then follow the remaining steps to complete the pairing of your device
