1. What is a push notification?
A push notification is a message that is sent directly to your phone to inform you of certain events or changes in the status of your connected objects.
2. Which objects are eligible to send push notifications?
- Smoke Detector: Receive an alert when smoke is detected.
- Water Leak Detector: Alert when a leak is detected.
- Lexman Indoor Camera: Motion or sound detection, memory card inserted or removed.
- Lexman Outdoor Camera: Motion detection, memory card inserted or removed.
- Low Battery Indication: Alert when the object's battery is low.
3. How to manage receiving push notifications?
First of all, make sure that you have activated push notifications in your phone's settings.
Activate or deactivate push notifications for each object from the specific configuration screen for that object. To do this:
- From the first page of the application, press the name of the object to display the main page of that object.
- Then press the configuration icon
in the top right-hand corner to access its configuration.
- On this screen, activate the notification.
4. Which services benefit from push notifications?
My security: Receive notifications when your alarm is activated or deactivated, or when an intrusion attempt is detected. (Note: Currently not compatible with cloud alarms, such as Somfy)
My scenarios: Possibility of receiving customized push notifications according to the scenarios that you have created.
These notifications allow you to stay informed in real time about the functioning of your appliances and the security of your home.
