General Settings Customize your device for easier identification:
- Rename your device: For easier recognition, you can rename your device to a name that is meaningful to you and reflects its use in your home.
- Assign your device to a room: For optimal organization, you have the option to assign your device to a specific room within your home. Doing so makes it easier to locate and manage your device.
Device Information This information may be needed to find documentation for your device or to contact our Support teams. Depending on the device, this information can include:
- Its manufacturer,
- Its corresponding model.
Advanced Information For certain devices, the following information is also displayed:
- Its unique identifier
- Its version number. Enki regularly checks to see if your device is up to date, and will notify you if an update is needed.
This information is useful for checking if your device is up to date, or for contacting our Support teams.
Remove this device from your account
If you no longer need your device or if you wish to replace it, you can remove it from your account. Be careful, this action is irreversible. Important to know: if you remove a box, this will irreversibly delete all devices that are connected to it, as well as the scenarios and configurations (heating mode, programming, etc.) associated with these devices. The lost data cannot be recovered.
Please do not share personal information in the free and customizable fields (e.g., "Jean Martin's bedroom").
