General Settings

Customize your device to identify it more easily:

  • Change the name of your device: For easier identification, you can rename your device. Choose a name that makes sense to you and reflects its use in your home.
  • Assign your device to a room: For optimal organization, you have the option to assign your device to a specific room in your home. This makes it easier to locate and manage.

Device Information

This information may be necessary to find your device's documentation or to contact our Support teams. This information may include, depending on the device:

  • Its manufacturer,
  • Its specific model.

Advanced Information

For some devices, the following information is also displayed:

  • Its unique identifier
  • Its version number. Enki regularly checks if your device is up to date and will notify you if an update is necessary.
  • If your plug has a startup behavior feature, you will be able to select the state of your plug after a power outage (off, on, or last known state)

This information is useful to verify if your device is up to date or to contact our Support teams.

Delete This Device from Your Account

If you no longer need your device or wish to replace it, you can delete it from your account. Warning, this action is irreversible.

Important to know: if you delete a box, this will result in the irreversible deletion of all devices linked to it, as well as the scenarios and configurations (heating mode, scheduling...) associated with these devices. Lost data cannot be recovered.

Please do not share personal information in free and customizable fields (for example: "Jean Martin's bedroom").
