General Settings
Customize your object to identify it more easily:
- Rename your object: For easier identification, you can rename your object. Choose a name that is meaningful to you and reflects its utility in your home.
- Assign your object to a room: For optimal organization, you have the option of assigning your object to a specific room in your home. This makes it easier to locate and manage.
Object Information
This information may be necessary to find your object's documentation or to contact our support teams. This information may include, depending on the object:
- Its manufacturer,
- Its relevant model.
Advanced Information
For certain objects, the following information is also displayed:
- Its unique identifier
- Its version number. Enki regularly checks if your object is up to date, and will notify you if an update is required.
This information is useful for checking if your object is up to date, or for contacting our Support teams.
Object Notifications
When this feature is enabled, notifications are sent to you as soon as your detector is activated (motion detection, door opening, water leak, etc.).
You can choose to disable these notifications. Information on the detections of your objects will always be accessible via the dashboard.
Delete this object from your account
If you no longer need your object or if you want to replace it, you can delete it from your account. Attention, this action is irreversible.
Important to know: if you delete a box, this will irreversibly delete all the objects attached to it, as well as the scenarios and configurations (heating mode, planning, etc.) associated with these objects. The lost data cannot be recovered.
Please do not share personal information in the free and customizable fields (e.g., "Jean Martin's bedroom").
