- Rename your object: You can rename your object for easier identification. Choose a name that you will remember and that reflects its use in your home.
- Assign your object to a room: For better organization, you can assign your object to a specific room in your home. This will make it easier to locate and manage.
Object information This information may be necessary to find your object's documentation or to contact our Support team. This information may include, depending on the object:
- Its manufacturer
- Its model
Advanced information For some objects, the following information is also displayed:
- Its unique ID
- Its version number. Enki regularly checks if your object is up to date, and will notify you if an update is needed.
This information is useful for checking if your object is up to date, or for contacting our Support team.
Delete this object from your account
If you no longer need your object or if you want to replace it, you can delete it from your account. Be careful, this action is irreversible. Important to know: if you delete a box, this will irreversibly delete all the objects linked to it, as well as the scenarios and configurations (heating mode, schedule, etc.) associated with these objects. The lost data cannot be recovered.
Please do not share personal information in the free and customizable fields (e.g., "Jean Martin's bedroom").
