Set Up Your Thermostatic Head

Access your device settings to customize its operation, check its status, or modify its advanced options.

General Settings

This section allows you to easily identify your device in the app:

  • Object Name: Rename your thermostatic head to recognize it quickly (e.g., "Living Room Radiator").
  • Room: Assign the device to a specific room to facilitate grouped control and organization of your home.

Advanced Settings

These options allow you to adjust the technical behavior of your heating:

  • Battery Level: Monitor this indicator to anticipate battery replacement.
  • Temperature Calibration: Allows correction of a discrepancy between the displayed temperature and the actual room temperature.

  • Child Lock: Locks the physical controls of the thermostatic head to prevent any unintentional manual changes (the device screen displays "LC"). 
    Important: Even when physically locked, the device remains controllable from the Enki app and continues to follow your active schedules and scenarios. 
    Tip: To manually unlock, press and hold the central button on the head for a few seconds. 
  • Open Window Detection: If enabled, the heating automatically turns off during a sudden temperature drop to save energy.
  • Boiler Control: Allows the head to trigger the boiler via a compatible receiver module when the room requires heating.

Information and Notifications

  • Technical Info: Find here the manufacturer and the exact model of your device (useful when contacting Support).
  • Push Notifications: Enable this option to receive an alert on your mobile when the batteries are running low.

Removing the Device

The Delete this device button allows you to permanently remove it from your Enki account.

Warning:

  • This action is irreversible.
  • All configurations (schedules, associated scenarios) will be lost.
  • If you delete an Enki Box, all devices linked to it will also be deleted.

Privacy note: For your security, never enter personal information (last names, codes...) in free text fields such as device names.
