General Settings
Customize your device for easier identification:
- Change the name of your device: For easier identification, you can rename your device. Choose a name that is meaningful to you and reflects its use in your home.
- Assign your device to a room: For optimal organization, you have the option to assign your device to a specific room in your home. This makes it easier to locate and manage.
Device Information
This information may be necessary to find your device's documentation or to contact our Support teams. This information may include:
- The manufacturer,
- The model concerned.
Advanced Information
For some devices, the following information is also displayed:
- Its unique identifier
- Its version number. Enki regularly checks if your device is up to date and will notify you if an update is necessary.
This information is useful for checking if your device is up to date or for contacting our Support teams.
Remove this device from your account
If you no longer need your device or wish to replace it, you can remove it from your account. Note that this action is irreversible.
Your roller shutter needs to be re-associated with its remote control once removed from the Enki app. To do this, follow these steps:
- Wait for the roller shutter to move: After removal, wait for the roller shutter to start moving again.
- Wait 10 seconds: Once the roller shutter starts moving, wait 10 seconds to allow the system to reset.
- Press the "stop" button on the remote control: After waiting 10 seconds, press the "stop" button on the physical remote control of the roller shutter to re-establish the connection.
- Proceed with a new pairing: You can now re-pair the roller shutter with your Enki app by following the specific instructions for your setup.
These steps will guide you through removing your roller shutter and re-associating it with its remote control.
