How to Install My Noirot Radiator:
How Does... My Device Work?
How to calibrate the temperature sensor of my radiator:
It may happen that a slight discrepancy is observed between the temperature displayed on the radiator and that indicated by an external thermometer. This discrepancy is usually minimal, but if you notice a difference greater than +/- 1°C, it is possible to make an adjustment to harmonize the two measurements and thus obtain a better match between the external thermometer and the radiator. This procedure ensures a more accurate reading of the actual ambient temperature.
To correct this offset and adjust the temperature measured by the radiator, it is necessary to follow a series of specific steps. These steps will guide you step-by-step to properly calibrate the device, which will improve the reliability of the displayed data and ensure optimal comfort in your environment.
| 1 - Make sure that the instructions in the installation manual, especially the positioning and minimum distances, are respected. | |
| 2 - Close all external openings of the dwelling as well as the interior door(s) of the room heated by the radiator. | |
| 3 - Place your thermometer in the center of the room at a height of about 1.2m. Do not place it on furniture. | |
| 4 - Check that your setpoint is set between 17 and 23°C. To do this, please access the control page of your device in the Enki app. Then, use the "+" and "-" buttons located on the "Desired Temperature" tile to adjust your radiator's temperature. | |
| 5 - Wait for the thermal stabilization of the room (about 6 hours) and avoid as much as possible any coming and going in the room. | |
|
6 - Make sure that the temperature displayed on the radiator and that on the thermometer are stable. The temperature indicated by the thermometer must remain constant, and the radiator temperature must always be maintained at the defined setpoint. We will now proceed with the calibration of the radiator's temperature sensor: this operation can only be performed if the above conditions are met. |
|
|
7 - In the "Harmonization" menu, adjust the temperature measured by your thermometer. (adjustable between 7°C and 23°C). In this example, the desired temperature was set to 22°C. The temperature indicated by the thermometer stabilized at 21°C. Therefore, please set the temperature to 21°C in the "Harmonization" menu.
8 - Confirm the changes. |
